The Bath Indoor Wheelchair Tennis Championships is a prestigious ITF 1 level tournament on the UNIQLO Wheelchair Tennis Tour.
From the 15-19 November the event will be held for the first time in the historical City of Bath. Held in the world-class facilities of the University of Bath the event promises to be a spectacle of wheelchair tennis as a number of recently crowned Rio Paralympic Champions visit the west country to compete for the Bath Indoors title. The world’s top players will also be honing their preparations for the prestigious NEC Wheelchair Tennis Masters held in London just two weeks afterwards.
Find out more about the venue, the University of Bath here.
Entry is FREE for all spectators so we would encourage everyone to come down and watch some world class tennis! Please keep checking the Tennis Foundation social media channels for updated results, draws and the order of play. The draws can also be found here.
Come and Try!
As well as world class wheelchair tennis to watch there will also be the chance to try out tennis yourself with our free come and try session. On Saturday 19th from 11-1pm we are holding a free come and try event and we want everyone to come along and try out tennis for themselves, disabled and non-disabled. All equipment will be provided and coaches will be on hand to give you a helping hand!
Throughout the tournament we will be providing daily reports of the action, as well as covering the event on our Tennis Foundation social media channels.
