National Schools Competitions
There are three national Schools Tennis annual competitions, for a range of age groups and abilities, all of which culminate in national finals.
These are:
The National Schools Championships (for the Aberdare & Glanvill Cup):
The Aberdare and Glanvill Cups are for those aged 19 and under and represents the highest standard of schools team tennis in the country.
Year 8 & Under and Year 10 & Under Competition:
The 2 largest of all three national competitions with over 2,500 teams entering. Teams consist of 4 boys or 4 girls.
Senior Students Competition -Enter now!
The senior students competition is for pupils in year 11 and above, with a ratings cap of 6.2 or higher. This competition brings an important element to the schools tennis calendar as it encourages lower rated players to play competitive tennis and provides them with an opportunity to compete in a National Final.
