Feedback from 2009:

600 people attended the Schools Tennis Road Show 2009 and 99% of attendees fed back that the Road Show inspired them to develop tennis further in their schools.

“I just wanted to pass my thanks onto the delivery team for a great course.  It was fun, thought provoking and full of learning, I wish it could have been longer.  At last a governing body has addressed the needs of primary teachers in a very positive, interesting and stimulating way.  I loved every minute of the morning and can't wait to tell the PLT's about the course content and then give our PDM a nudge for a course! Thanks again to everyone concerned.”

“Congratulations to you all in creating a very informative day. The message you gave was clear and was very relevant to current work within PE and school sport. Feedback I've had from my CM's has been extremely positive. I'm sure this will be replicated across the Country.”

“I thought you guys did a great job today. From my point of view the direction is clear, and the barriers for delivery (equipment / expertise) have been removed to enable others to deliver tennis in schools.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed the whole morning session. DVD lesson support is something we've been asking for for a while, congratulations to tennis for being the first to really develop it. If Gymnastics, Dance, Rugby, Football, Netball, Hockey, Cricket, Golf and Athletics did the same thing we could provide the students with a well balanced sport specific curriculum that produced multi skilled performers.”

“Very enjoyable workshop, I feel you can lead the way for many other sports on how to present/run and use a roadshow/workshop as a important tool for learning!! Super it gave me loads of ideas for tennis and other sports that I coach.”
